Abby Todd
BROKER ASSOCIATESince joining Gann Medford Real Estate, Inc., in 2015, Abby Todd has rapidly built an impressive reputation for helping home buyers and sellers realize their dreams. Her first year, she was named 2016 Rookie of the Year by both Gann Medford Real Estate, Inc., and Lufkin Association of Realtors. In 2017 she earned the Gann Medford Real Estate, Inc., Sales Excellence Award. Abby continues to excel in representing her clients’ interests; she is Gann Medford Real Estate, Inc.’s 2018 Pace Setter Award winner, firmly establishing herself as a multi-million dollar producer.
A native Lufkinite, Abby’s grasp of the area’s property markets is a natural by-product of her upbringing. Her parents are a custom contractor and an interior designer; she grew up “in the business”. The result is a REALTOR® who brings a deep understanding of value, location, aesthetics, and structure to every property she represents – for buyer or seller, upscale home to undeveloped land, residential and commercial offerings. Abby delights in matching people, places, and purpose for happy outcomes.
Before joining Gann Medford Real Estate, Inc., Abby taught Family and Consumer Sciences and coached the cheer team at Lufkin High School. She also served as Director for Life Enrichment at Pinecrest Retirement Community. She holds a Bachelor in Human Sciences from Texas Tech University. Abby and her husband, Brett, share their home in the country with their young daughter and three dogs.
Abby gives back to her community as an active member of the Junior League of Lufkin, having served twice on the Cattle Barons Gala committee, benefiting the American Cancer Society, and as chair of various committees. She also is a board member and long-time participant with Junior Achievement, providing experiences to help students K-12 prepare for the workplace.
Abby is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is a member of the Lufkin Association of Realtors, the Nacogdoches Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC), a professional organization that works to protect the rights of private property owners, where she also co-chairs the Young Professionals Network.
