Anya Youngblood
REALTOR®️Originally from Lufkin, Anya moved to NYC to pursue a career in Opera. A musician’s life took her all over the world from gig to gig, together with her husband, heldentenor Mark F. Lundberg, until raising a family eventually led them to Long Island. There, Anya developed a career that would enable her to raise a son, use her skills as a musician and serve her community. For 15 years, Anya was a Soprano Soloist, Voice Teacher, Children’s music director and Teen Choir/Schola mentor, Funeral Cantor, Wedding Cantor, also serving for 12 years as a Cantor for the televised Mass rotation from the Cathedral of St. Agnes broadcasting over the 5-state NY Metro Area. Anya’s East Texas values and roots run deep, leaning hard on faith, family and serving others. She was expected growing up to help-out in family business ventures, whenever required. Whether working at the farm or working in the office, working hard was instilled in her from a very young age. As a young widow, it was important to raise her son here, in a community that would help instill those same values and drive for excellence. Prior to going active in Commercial Realty, Anya has managed the family’s real estate business, continued her education, taught singing and finally serving the non-profit community on several local boards. When Texas Tech University emptied her nest, it was time to go active as a commercial Realtor to help others navigate the complex commercial realty landscape. Anya brings dedication and creativity to everything she does. She is fueled by a deep curiosity and a life-long commitment to learning and problem-solving. Anya will work tirelessly for you: to find the right property or the right buyer for your business or commercial investment portfolio.
